What to Expect

Template / Measure

Preparation & Approval



Prep work is necessary to clear the impacted area.

  • Please clear off all countertop surfaces and adjacent wall.
  • Please ensure that all cabinets are flat, level, and permanently secured.
  • Please have all fixtures such as sinks, faucets, cook-tops, and downdrafts ON-SITE.
  • You will receive confirmation of your Template/Measure 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • An authorized decision-maker must be ON-SITE at the time of the template/measure.


  • Approval & payment must be secured prior to production as this job is custom to your home.
  • An authorized decision-maker must approve the design layout following template/measure.
  • The template/measure will produce a final quote tailored to your exact measurements.
  • Seam locations can be a part of the project. Our experts will determine the best seam locations based on layout.

Installation Expectations & Prep



Prep work is necessary to perform the countertop installation.

  • Please clear out all items from cabinets and remove all breakables from the work area. Please provide a clear path for the install team to bring materials in and out of your home.
  • Please coordinate with a plumber to have all plumbing disconnected prior to install and reconnected 24 hours after install.
  • Please keep all children or pets away from the work area at all times.
  • Countertop installation is a dirty business; dust and debris will occur. We encourage you to cover any areas that you do not want to be impacted. Our team will seek to minimize waste and leave your home in a clean manner.
  • Incidental damage may occur. Care will always be exercised during installation, however, scrapes, punctures or digs in walls/cabinetry are possible and often times a normal result of the process.


  • Questions and adjustments may be necessary at the installation.
    An authorized decision-maker must be ON-SITE during installation.
  • Decision-maker will be asked to sign/approve the installation upon completion.
  • We will perform a follow-up visit within 3 days of installation to ensure your satisfaction with the installation.

Warranty & Care


We understand this is a big investment and we want to ensure that you get the most out of your new project. To do so Majestic recommends that:

  • You review our care guidelines packet that will be provided with care instructions specific to your project.
  • You use the Majestic care kit for cleaning all stone surfaces.
  • All natural stone should be sealed on an annual basis with Majestic sealer.


All Majestic products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of installation or delivery. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing or installation workmanship. Majestic cannot be held responsible for chips, cracks, heat damage, or other common wear & tear. A follow-up visit will take place after installation to cover all outstanding items and to complete warranty registration.

Additional Warranty:

If products are registered through the Majestic warranty program, customers will receive:

  • An additional year of warranty coverage
  • A Majestic care kit
  • First-class Majestic support

All Majestic customers can take advantage of our 5-year services package. This package allows for Majestic to annually check, clean, and service your countertops to ensure lasting beauty and strength for an additional fee of $599.
